Evidence-Based Toxicology Collaboration

Empirical Risk of Bias Tool Work Group

EBTC is running a project dedicated to the development of a new set of risk of bias tools suitable for in vitro,high-throughput studies. The tools should cover the most important aspects of these types of studies that may introduce bias, but should also be efficient in use in the context of a risk assessment covering various evidence streams. Moreover, inclusion of items in these tools should be based on (empirical) evidence that the aspect in question actually causes bias.
